Your body feels different.
That's worth taking seriously.
If your sleep, energy, weight, or mood have shifted and the usual answers haven't helped, hormone changes may be part of the picture.
Sherri Griggs is a certified provider in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through BHRT Training Academy, with additional training through the Institute of BioIdentical Medicine.
Does this sound familiar?
You may not be able to name what changed
You may just know your body feels different. These are the patterns women bring us most often.
-
01
Unexplained weight gain
Eating the same, moving the same, gaining anyway — often around the midsection, and often most frustrating during perimenopause.
-
02
Fatigue and low drive
Not just being busy. Tired all the time, less motivated, less clear, less interested in things you used to enjoy.
-
03
Waking at 1 to 4 AM
Falling asleep is fine. Staying asleep is the problem — awake in the small hours with your mind running.
-
04
Hot flashes and night sweats
Among the most recognized symptoms, and among the most disruptive to sleep, energy, and feeling like yourself.
-
05
Hair thinning and dry skin
Sometimes hormone changes show up in the mirror before anywhere else, affecting both comfort and confidence.
-
06
Brain fog and mood changes
Losing words mid-sentence, reading the same paragraph twice, or reacting in ways that don't feel like you.

Why women come here
A provider who went looking for this herself
Sherri Griggs had a complete hysterectomy in 2003, young, after nearly twenty years in nursing. She knew what losing those hormones would mean. It took considerable searching to find the one provider offering bioidentical hormones in Omaha at the time.
That search is why this practice exists. She has since completed certification through BHRT Training Academy — training personally with medical director Deb Matthew — and continues study at the Institute of Bio-Identical Medicine.
She is a Core Member of The Menopause Association, and a member of A4M and the Institute of Functional Medicine.
